Bring yourself, your analysis, and a friend!

Hi All,

In advance of this Friday's NYC Real Estate Investing Morning Meeting, I would like to challenge you to the following:

1. Identify 3 attainable real estate goals for the week to achieve. We all have to start somewhere! Giving yourself small goals to achieve will hold you accountable and motivate you to begin working on your goals.

2. Write your goals down in print or digitally where you will see them. Writing or typing will help reinforce your commitment to performing these goals. 5 minute journal is a good app that I've come across, I think from BP. 

3. Start working on your goals this week with the goal of completing them by Friday morning, and write them down.

A few reminders:

1. If you’re not analyzing any deals yet, go ahead and try it.

2. If you’re analyzing deals, print a deal analysis and bring it with you if you’d like to request some feedback.

Chana, thanks for reaching out! The point of the event is to be early so we can all get to work, so we can’t really move the time. You are welcome to join whatever time you can make it!
