Hi all, I have a potential opportunity in Warwick, NY for a fix and flip. I’m looking for a reputable and reasonable contractor in the area for what I’m estimating to be about a $100k renovation. Also, if anyone has any Airbnb rentals in the area and can share your experience, that would be greatly appreciated.
