Real Estate Attorney, Mortgage, Insurance, Realtor, Wealth Management Experts & More!

Moguls,

I am thrilled to announce another great Saturday and half day of Real Estate Learning and Networking.

Typically a real estate attorney will charge between $300 to $500 an hour, a wealth manager can charge similar amounts, and so can other experts in the real estate and finance business. On May 4th, you will have access to five such experts where you can learn and ask questions related to the following:

+ Real Estate Law, Evictions (my favorite), Rent Control (aaargh!!) and all the fun, legal issues for real estate investors in California (Attorney Alex Volkov)

+ Mortgages, Loans, portfolio loans, commercial loans (Alexandra Moari)

+ Wealth Management (Grant Ter-Avanesyan)

+ State of the Bay Area Real Estate prices from a veteran Realtor (Roark O’Neill)

+ Insurance, umbrella policies, over paying for your policies or under protected? (Oleg Kotov)

+ Meditation practices to become better investors (Alla Arzumanyan)

+ Free lunch!!!

Please RSVP here: https://www.meetup.com/Bay-Area-Multifamily-Moguls/

When and Where

May 4th Saturday: 760 Camino Ramon #200, Danville, CA 94526

From: 9:30 AM to 2 PM. Lunch is included

Cost: FREE

Bobby’s Tip of the Week: When a broker/syndicator provides you with “pro-forma” numbers, it means squat. Please, do your own due-diligence.

Also, I am happy to report that the April 27th event is now SOLD OUT as we have close to 300 people registered. Thank you to everybody that registered for that event.

Happy Investing!

Bobby

Retire with Rentals: How to Invest Properly when Buying Out of State – FREE EVENT!

“Just about every day I hear about or from Californians, the experience of overpaying for turnkey rentals and buying properties that are “turnkey ready” when they are not. I hear horror stories of bad property management that make people throw in the towel and quit. From my personal experience it seems that when purchasing from providers whether it be from turnkey providers, wholesalers, agents, brokers, etc., investors are regularly over charged, get the short end of the stick and properties are misrepresented.”

Before you purchase your next rental, we highly recommend that you become very familiar with the process. It is a fact that there are some true gems available for purchase but how do you go about finding them and asking the right questions?

In our upcoming, full day boot camp we are going have a deep dive into the full analysis for how to acquire rentals properties correctly, showcase a few emerging markets (outside of the bay area) and more importantly teach you how to ensure you have trusted boots on the ground.

Real estate is a journey of mistakes, improvements and growth. For this we have brought together some very successful and experienced investors and real estate entrepreneurs to share their stories, experiences, mistakes, lessons learned to help you avoid the pitfalls they made and how to make sure you are off to the right start.

We also have a full line up of folks that have been doing out of state investing for a long time and they will share their knowledge and experience including our Keynote speaker Michael Zuber who retired at age of 43 from real estate rentals and now has a portfolio of over 200 doors. Robert Boot, CEO of Multifamily Advisors, will be speaking about our team operations in the Southeastern US where his team has acquired and rehabbed over 3,800 properties (yes…3,800 is not a typo). We will have CEOs from several other companies to help you understand the right way to do it. This is one meeting you don’t want to miss.

More details here: https://www.betterturnkey.com/bootcamp/

It’s that time of the year when we have to start preparing for our tax filings. I am thrilled to announce that we have a great opportunity to have a very knowledgeable and experienced presenter for this very timely event. Patrick James is the president and CEO of United States Tax Relief LLC.He is an active real estate investor (including Notes) and has dedicated his entire career to helping people capture ALL the tax deductions legally allowed through implementing specific strategies allowed by the IRS. His marketing expertise was instrumental in launching a tax reduction program with a former senior trial attorney for the IRS.Together, they created a Tax Reduction program that teaches people how to take advantage of every possible tax deduction in order to minimize tax liabilities and becoming audit proof in the process.

Patrick graduated from the University of Portland in 1986 with a degree in Economics, Social Studies & Psychology. The year he graduated he was inducted into “Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities”. In 2002, he became president of a national tax education firm, which specialized in financial and tax education.

Patrick has been a guest on more than 1,000 radio and television talk shows and was featured in Explanations and Newsweek, It's Your Money (a New York Times best-seller). He was also the recipient of the Business Man of the Year 2002 and has spoken at over 1,000 conferences to groups as large as 62,000 people with such luminaries as:

*Alan Greenspan *Suzi Orman *Robert Kiyosaki *Magic Johnson *Kevin Harrington*George Forman *Tony Robbins *Jay Leno

He has written two books, Secrets of the Self-Made Millionaires and How to Save Thousands on your Taxes.

His program is so successful that members of the hit TV show “Shark Tank” have become clients. Taxes are the single largest expense most families are faced with today. With all the 2018 changes, you can discover thousands of dollars in additional deductions that were never available before including the new 20% deduction for Qualified Business Income (QBI). Even if you don’t have a business, the average family of four will save on average $10,000 this year on their taxes by understanding and implementing these strategies.

Tax Planning is 365 days a year. Patrick will teach people how to categorize their expenses the “RIGHT” way 365 days a year so they give their tax preparer the correct information and they capture ALL the tax deductions they’re legally allowed!
