Post: Here’s our $100k training for Real Estate Investors! At No Cost!

Here’s our $100k training!
Moguls, would like to invite you to hear two great presenters, trainers that have helped hundreds of real estate investors.
Paul Rossano of Fynance is our first presenter and here is his Bold Promise: $100k + Low Risk + No Investing + 6 hours = 6 figures added to your net worth
Sounds too good to be true, keep reading!
We are super excited to announce a $100k training coming up that does NOT require you to invest!
Yes, you read that right! No investing required!
We are all used to the 3 main “buckets” of wealth building strategies: Investing, Trading and Saving. Strategies that you have heard or learned about fit into one of these 3 buckets.
However, there’s a new paradigm, a 4th method, that allows you to increase your wealth without having to do the traditional 3 methods… and it can be LEARNED and IMPLEMENTED in 6 hours or less TOTAL!
That means you never touch it again beyond that. It’s completely on autopilot!
This is like planting a seed in your filing cabinet or drawer, and having it GROW in there over time… to the tune of SIX FIGURES!
Yes, I was skeptical too, but the biggest skeptic out there was George Antone, the person behind this new paradigm and movement called “Hacking Finance.” Some of you have read his books on finance and investing…
We were able to invite the lead trainer from George’s organization to introduce you to this new paradigm “Hacking Finance”, but even better, cover in detail ONE of the many ways to increase your wealth by $100k or more starting immediately!
Yes, you will receive instructions to learn and implement this $100k strategy at THIS training!
Here are some of the topics covered at this event:
- How this new paradigm works, and what it means for YOU.
- Why it’s possible to learn + implement this in 6 hours or less TOTAL.
- How it makes inflation work for you instead of against you.
- Using “floats” like banks do to increase your wealth.
- Using the power of finance to benefit current investments AND personal finances.
- The details of the $100k strategy and how to implement it the very next morning!
- And so much more…
Max Keller is our 2nd presenter, a creative marketing expert and 2019 Industry Innovator of the Year. Max will be speaking at our event on March 24th, 25th, and 26th, where he is going to teach you how to stand out in your market and keep from pouring marketing dollars down the drain.

Post: Work a Demanding FT Job and go from 1 Rental to Financial Freedom

After Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, Mike Zuber was hooked on getting his First Rental Property. Mike built a portfolio of rentals that started with one house and ended with Financial Freedom at the age of 45, Mike decided that he should also give back to the community. He has created a movement called One Rental at a Time that highlights the power of buying rentals, being conservative (when it comes to budgeting, spending), thinking in decades and learning the difference between bad, average, good and great deals in your market of choice.
Michael Zuber Bio
Michael Zuber had work in the Silicon Valley since graduating from Santa Clara University 20+ years ago. After wasting time and money in his 20’s he found real estate investing and more specifically with buy and hold rental properties and never looked back. Michael focused on his day job and grew his rental property portfolio from a single rental house to financial freedom in 15 years.
Now that he no longer has a day job he shares his story via his self-published book (available on Amazon) called One Rental at a Time and his YouTube Channel also Called One Rental at a Time.
Busy professionals need to know they have a way out. In addition, Mike has a special interest in helping kids 15-25 see that they do not have to hold a corporate job for 40 years and pray for a good 401K. They have options and the sooner we can open their eyes the better. To that effect, Mike sponsors a monthly Book Report Challenge and Sends out $100 each month to the best Book Report.
We hope that you will join us as he shares his journey with us and provides a perspective on being a landlord and scaling up his business.

Succeeding in Your Construction Project & Managing your Remote Rentals
Moguls, looking forward to our first events of the year. Let’s get things started right. We have two great presenters presenting at our upcoming events. Picking up nuggets from each presenter will save you thousands in the long term.

Succeeding in your Construction Project
Since many of us at some point or another, as real estate investors, will need to do some rehab work, whether light or a full rehab, it is very important the fully understand what it takes to Succeed in your Construction Project. Things like selecting your contractor, getting bids, understanding what is included in the bid and what not included, how to handle change orders, permits, timelines, etc.
For this reason, we are going to have our favorite licensed General Contractor, Kamal Hyder, of Breakthrough Builders, dive deep into what are all of the considerations that must be taken into account when contemplating a project.
Topics that will be covered are:
+ Common issues in real estate projects
+ Planning your project for a successful outcome
+ Examples of successful projects built by Kamal
+ Working with city departments
+ Working with a general contractor
+ Contractor red flags
+ Should you hire an unlicensed contractor?
+ Should you build without permits?
+ How to protect yourself
+ Important construction laws you should be aware of
Who should attend? Anybody that is investing in real estate, whether locally or remotely.
About Kamal Hyder and Breakthrough Builders
Kamal has an unusual background – he started his career in high tech, with bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, and MBA in finance. Once he discovered his passion in construction, he switched careers, and is now doing construction full-time. He has lived in the Bay Area since 1990, and has been involved with real estate as a homeowner, investor and builder.

Bring your questions, concerns, and an open mind. You may be pleasantly surprised. As always, we will have plenty of time for networking
