For many of us it is often very difficult or near impossible to get started with real estate investing in the Bay Area. That leaves us with very few options and investing out of state is one of them. However, one needs to be fully aware of what is involved in investing out of state. In this workshop we will go over many ideas and strategies to evaluate whether out of state investing is right for you and if it is, then what are the best approaches. Bring your questions, concerns, and an open mind. You may be pleasantly surprised. As always, we will have plenty of time for networking
