I agree with @Ray Slack and would add that liens can still be filed after you take possession. 

@Luis Morales I have never invested in mobile homes. However, I looked into buying one for a client because you can get a 3/2 for less than 100k, which is amazing here. The problem is the HOA's are $800+ a month. Not to mention Hurricane season. I think the real money is in buying the park and leasing the land. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Hi @Juan Lopez it looks like this is within the City of Miami, not unincorporated Dade. According to the information you provided, it looks like it is already zoned for duplex by RIGHT (T3-O). I would start with the City of Miami to verify. 

@Antonio Grooms you may want to look into house hacking.
