@Marisa Alvarez an umbrella will only kick in for underlying policies. If the policies on the rentals aren’t listed on the umbrella, it will not extend them coverage.

Depending on how many and how they are structured you may be able to add them, but it might also make sense to have a separate commercial umbrella.
