@Eric Fernwood

Have you come across any data sets for non US real estate markets?

@Kenneth Walsh

I find Insightly to be great value for money, scalable and very user friendly.

@John Powers

I have a few friends who work for large real estate private equity funds as data scientists - essentially doing what you’re describing.

If it were a product that had a price point available to non-institutional, retail investors or small businesses it could be interesting.

Or if you were somehow able to look at markets outside the US where local real estate markets are much less transparent.

Any other “RealTech” real estate tech startup investors in the BP community?

In addition to my real estate portfolio, my partners and I are minority investors in a handful of potentially disruptive real estate tech startups - goal being to ultimately add value to our real estate portfolio.

Curious if there are any other likeminded investors who would be interested in exchanging notes? Would love to hear about your strategy and experience.

@Dave Nye I’ve seen a few companies trying to use it to sell fractional shares through digital securities. Still all very early from what I’ve seen. No major traction yet.

His company already has offices in Bayamon but he'd like to explore the idea of selling the building and renting.

Please let me know if you're a broker/realtor that has experience under your belt... I am never one to disappoint.
OR if you know of anyone that is highly esteemed, that helps as well.

Appreciate it!

Feel free to send me a DM. I assume your client is looking to take advantage of PR's Act 20 and/or Act 22. I'm based near Boston but was just in PR on a mini scouting trip. Its a very localized economy (i.e., better to get boots on the ground than try to buy remotely through a realtor). I'm an investor, not a realtor, but have been looking at PR for a little while and happy to share my perspective.

@Luis Tinajero would love to connect and learn more. Looking for opportunities in Mexico.

You may already have it, but I'd find local representation.

That's more challenging unless you have boots-on-the-ground

Who is your target buyer? Expats or Colombians?
