Crushed it congrats. I also listen to everyday BP podcast I tend to stick to the real estate one more than the other two. Although the rookie one has tons Of content. Brandon and Greene just know so much and are Inspiring. The BP community is an incredible source. I go to it for anything and everything. People are here to help one another. Can’t wait to share my first rental property. Working on it. Matter of time not If.

Hey Roger , sorry I didn't reply back. Yes , I want to do FHA owner occupied. And rent out the extra units. And I see you're from Boston also. That's awesome. Banks are tight right now with lending. Cash is hard to come by so I'll be careful how I want to use it.
