Are you all on Comcast emails?

Thanks for the feedback guys. I signed many contracts over the years and they always require back-and-forth negotiation. That's SOP. 

When another party in the negotiation tells you they ignored ALL of your comments, it gets a little frustrating considering it is not cheap to do contract review with your legal counsel on documents close to 50 pages. 

Hey all - I wanted to get some feedback regarding commercial leases. We're shopping for office space and recently received a lease. After reviewing it with my attorney we redlined the documents and sent it back to the landlord. The response I got from the agent representing the landlord was curt, suggesting that the LL was 'not pleased' with our diligence.

Am I missing something here? Isn't it our duty to review documents thoroughly?

Perhaps I'm not the right guy to have as a tenant given that I can see through extremely one sided lease terms?

Just curious what others think here...

This feature has worked this way since the beginning.

I've been running BP for 10 years . . . there's always new investors cycling in.  I'm no more concerned now than usual about the market.  That said, as more people get hyped up about real estate, it will begin to feel a little more bubbly.  I can see that coming sometime in the not too distant future . . .

You are welcome to post the same content in both places -- your site and your blog here on BP, but Google doesn't love seeing identical content in multiple places.  Why not post it here (or your site) and have the other site summarize the post with a link to the original?

OR, you can post different content on your site and here.

What we don't allow is users to take our content and post it on their site.

Ok - You have a deal.  Post it on Craigslist, BiggerPockets Marketplace, etc. If the deal is a real deal, you'll have no problem in getting queries.  Be prepared to share all the numbers . . .

Find a great deal.  Investors will flock to you if you have one.  Buying lists is a waste of time.  If you find a steal, they will come.
