Hi Chris, what is a company “FNAC”?

Hi Chris

I would like to hypothecate a whole note that I will want to find investors for. If the note was secured by real estate and I’m yielding say a 13% annualized return, could I possibly find an investor that can lend on 70% of the note amount and charge an annual rate of 9%, using the original note as collateral? Basically “cash out” my note. Hope I’m explaining it right

Can you explain more what you are wanting to do? If you want to create notes and then sell off a portion or whole note you will want to find note investors.

Yes you could find someone for that, I would recommend finding other investors or IRA investors. A bank probably will not, but a company FNAC may be interested in it if the borrower has a good pay history and decent credit.

I will add I’m not selling the note. I still own it and collecting the 13% return while paying 9% on the hypothecated amount

Thank you @Joe Homs, @Chris Seveney, and @Nick Belsky for your replies and insights. The note I hold is insecure. However I am going to look more into promissory notes that are secured by real estate to be able to get more value out of it by possibly hypothecating it. My goal is to get up to 70 cents on the dollar but I assume I will need to find a private lender? What kind of intermediary is involved in this kind of transaction? Thanks again

Hi
I have a note and wanted to use it as collateral for additional financing. What information would be needed and where is the best place to start? Who can facilitate this transaction as well?

Thank you

Vipul

Hi, I wanted to utilize the credit cards for real estate transactions to fill in the gaps. For rehabs and such. These are business credit cards at 0%. Any low fee way? Is PayPal good? I have a business PayPal and a personal. Has anyone tried paying from business to personal account?

Hi

What is by far the best way to liquidate credit cards for ready to use cash in a bank account? I don't have convenient checks. I've heard about using PayPal, is that a good way?

What are some other ways that is fast and less expensive?

Thanks
