At least in my market, that is an extremely rare thing for a Realtor to do.

I'm in Austin, about 3 hours n/w of Houston.  Yes, it will be interesting to see if that "bubble" is created again here or in other nearby cities due to Harvey.   

But more importantly, our prayers and offers of assistance are with the residents at this time.

Apparently, CI started out at about $1,500 (with a value of over $10,000!!!) and now they have marked it all the way down to the low, low price of $297 + $37 per month.    I know because I just wasted about 70 minutes watching their sales pitch.    No thanks.
