This is one of the best comments in this thread. But the sentence needs to be continued with "...for those willing to work harder than most others, and who think creatively".

Regardless of what camera system you use, here is what I also did:
I printed out a paper sign ( 8 1/2 x 11) for every window in the house.
I taped this sign to the inside of the window, at eye-level. It may look a little silly but I think it's effective.
Here is what is says, in large, bold letters:
ATTENTON THIEVES:
There are 4 wireless cameras with motion detectors watching this property.
You are being watched right now.
The Sheriffs Department is 3 blocks away.
How fast can you run?

"Where would you start if you are trying to go big? "
I would make an offer on Grants personal residence.
I too got all pumped up by Mr Cardone last year, and it's not a bad thing. Just keep in mind that he is selling something, and he knows how to market it and make it sound real appetizing.

"I was going to be spending about 10 to 15k at their store in the last couple of months of this year but I will be taking it somewhere else now."
I bailed on HD years ago and now only go to Lowes. Much happier experience for me.

The number one thing an experienced buyer will want to see is accurate comparable sales.
This is easier in a conforming market, and usually difficult in a non-conforming market.
If you are not familiar with the particular market, I wish you a lot of luck pulling good comps!
