Walnar Agenor my mom is licensed or certified through whatever agency approves it (not sure official name, if it’s the government?) she has access to. their SSN and criminal records..if they’ve every filed for bankruptcy etc it’s crazy! Someone comes out and checks up on her and inspects etc. We’ve always managed to find the owner. Maybe it is different than what you’ve been using?

Does anyone have a few tips or things they wish they would have known etc before they started an Airbnb!? I will be starting one this summer and am curious if anyone has any cool “tricks” they’ve learned to get more bookings, get positive reviews etc. or if there are any horror stories out there!! Things I should be aware of etc.

How is the kitchen? And the master bathroom?
In my experience it took longer to sale the house if the place had a floor plan with a bad kitchen and master bath specifically.

Have you tried just paying someone who has access to a skip tracing service? It’s a small fee. They get multiple phone numbers for you etc

Any STR experts in waco!? I live in Houston but am very interested in purchasing a home for Airbnb in Waco. I’m unsure of their regulations on short term rentals? Any advice!? Any steps I should be taking before I purchase a home there?

It depends. I really don’t make any money from it. I only have it so that I can list my homes, and the homes that my family and friends flip. But, If you wanted to you could use a listing service to list your homes. Etc
Every once in a while I will list a personal home for a friend for a lower percentage.
I am with Realm. They charge me $100 a month. Then I pay $250 per transaction.
