Title: do highlights instead of sentences.
X mins to beach/coffee/free parking
Whatever your highlights are.
Photos: add captions to all of them. I would also like to see drone shots of your place in proximity to the beach.
Interior: can you add a king to the bedroom? It might be tight, but it would help for sure.
Also, get some stainless appliances in there. And a kitchen area that small you could spring for a cute backsplash for minimal costs.

Bill Faeth just had a recent podcast about this. It’s worth a listen.
As someone who is from southern Ohio, about 90 mins from Hocking, I think it’s a good market, for people who got in before the Airbnb gold rush. Right now though, the BIGGEST issue is, there is like zero inventory. Nada.
