Hey all. I'm thinking about adding Direct Mail to my arsenal of deal finding tools. I need some help though. For anyone willing to share your secrets :
1.) there are so many list companies out there. What are your favorites?
2.) I'm getting pricing quotes all over the board for lead lists. What sort of CPMs should I be looking for? $20/M? $10?
3.) What size mailings do you normally do?
I'm sure I'll have more questions along the way, but these are my main q's for now.

I also went Pro this last Friday! Planning to buy my first rental in the Omaha, NE area in 2018! For me, it was all about the calculators. I watched Brandon Turner use them on his most recent webinar and the reports they generate blew me away. As soon as I heard about the price increase coming up I knew it was time to pull the trigger.
