@Brandon Bishop I have had some success buying and selling all around Indianapolis and own quite a few houses that may be exactly what you are looking for.  "Distressed properties that you can turn into rentals."  If you want to talk further, feel free to PM me and hopefully we can work out a time to talk.  Good luck and God Bless!

@Jesus Lopez Jr I just wanted to say good luck, welcome to wholesaling, and God bless!  Keep educating yourself and just get out there.  You will find your niche.  A big part of this business is building relationships with your buyers and sellers.  Don't be afraid to reach out if you have any questions.

@Remone R. the key to building a team is know what your time is best spent.  What area is not your favorite or where do you need the most help... property management, acquisitions, paperwork.  Make sure you have people you can trust and that want to be on mission with you.  Start with one or two people that you can grow the way you want your business to grow and go from there.

Hey Lawrence, welcome to Bigger Pockets and the Real Estate Investing game.  Don't worry about that "no actual experience" thing.  We were all there once.  I am an investor in Indianapolis and have a pretty successful business up here.  I just wanted to reach out and let you know that if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.  Some little advice would be to check out as many of the great resources on this site as you can.  I have some articles and podcasts on here that may be helpful to you as a new investor.  Good luck and God Bless!

Fantastic Investment Opportunity Near Orchard Neighborhood of Indianapolis. It’s a Single Family Home with 3 beds and 1 bath. Great Schools in the Area!

The house has Solid Bones, but it is outdated and needs Some TLC along with deep cleaning. It has a two car detached garage. The property is currently vacant, however, the rents in the area are $811 per month. So There is a Potential To Bring In a Stable Monthly Cash Flow!
