@Jesus Lopez Jr I just wanted to say good luck, welcome to wholesaling, and God bless!  Keep educating yourself and just get out there.  You will find your niche.  A big part of this business is building relationships with your buyers and sellers.  Don't be afraid to reach out if you have any questions.

@Remone R. the key to building a team is know what your time is best spent.  What area is not your favorite or where do you need the most help... property management, acquisitions, paperwork.  Make sure you have people you can trust and that want to be on mission with you.  Start with one or two people that you can grow the way you want your business to grow and go from there.
