Fantastic Investment Opportunity Near Mapleton Neighborhood of Indianapolis. It’s a Single Family Home with 3 beds and 1.5 baths. Great House in an Amazing Area!

The house has Solid Bones, but in rough condition. It is spacious on the inside and has a historic feel. It has a full size basement and one car detached garage at the back of the house. The property is currently vacant and is available for renovating right away. The rents in the area are around $696 per month. So There is a Potential To Bring In a Stable Monthly Cash Flow. It has good comps in the area but there is a huge upside potential!
