@Carson Emery, I've had zero luck trying to pull the water shut off list from any city in Utah. Would be super interested if anyone has been able to crack that code.

@Casey Bishop, the only advice I have for you is to 'keep at it.' I analyzed about 40 deals before I bought my first flip in 2016, so it can take a while to land the elusive first deal. Let me know if I can help with anything.

Hey @Mitch Mckenzie, if I were in your shoes and just starting out, I'd attend as many of the local REIA meetings as possible (lunches, events, meetups, etc) and begin to network with other wholesalers and learn from those that are actually doing it. Good luck!

@David Ripplinger sounds like I'm probably too late to the game, but if you still have them, I'd love to come and grab those books. 

@Cody Petersen, Look up Mike Kessler in Salt Lake - he owns quite a few mobile home properties. He buys them for cash, rehabs them, and then sells them on seller financing. He'll hold the note for 8-10 years and he'll charge ~13% interest rates. He loves the mobile home model.
