Hi Josh,
Congrats on getting started and welcome to the forum. Some good identifiers of growth markets can be; population growth, income growth, job growth, job diversification and of course, rent growth. These can help with growth market identification and based on your goals, plans, etc. could help filter out some of the noise. The effects have COVID have accelerated the performance of some markets so it can be just as important to identify the growth markets of the past couple years vs the previous ten. Best of luck as you get started.

Hi Kevin,
A good option is industry networking events and conferences. These can help build connections and meet with like minded folks. They also serve as great educational opportunities to learn about players in the space, current trends/topics and future thoughts and projections. Best of luck as you break in.

Congrats on getting started @Catherine OBrien and welcome to the forum.
You certainly are in the thick of it, being in North Florida. The building and development of new schools, major projects like the Beachwalk community, development around the St. John's Town center, it seems depending on your investment strategy there's a bit for everyone. Best of luck as you break into this new market and wish you all the best.

Congrats on getting started and welcome to the forum. Kansas City has some growth opportunities as areas like Power and Light continue to take hold and perhaps show up in other parts of the metro. The planned terminal for the airport was also a positive sign to see. Best of luck as you break into KC and other markets.

Congrats on getting started and welcome to the forum. Further north of Atlanta is Dawsonville and Cumming, GA. THese areas have seen retail, multifamily and office development over the past few years. Additionally recently local infrastrucutre projects like widening highways, overpass constructions, etc have either begun or been happening. It could be an area worth looking into depending on goals, investment plan, etc. Best of luck as you get into the Atlanta market.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on getting started. The northwest Arkansas market is a great one as other markets in the south begin to take shape. The private AND public investment in the area could be a sign in for a runway of growth. Congrats on getting started with BP.
