Sounds like a disclosure item to me Tone. In CA, this would be sufficient to cancel the deal. That # sounds quite high for flood insurance.

Properties listed on the MLS are typically available IMMEDIATELY at Realtor.com. Other sites may be delayed or have inaccurate information. Benefit of sites like Zillow... You can often find homes that owners have placed for sale OFF the MLS (without an agent).
