Very carefully. If the financed portion isn't large, this won't be a problem. Conversely, like our last flip, PITI was quite large on a $330k purchase that was held for 90 or so days. Cheers

You left out a VERY important number... what is the value of the home compared to your purchase price (ie... is there any value in the deal itself?)
