@Chase McEntee I started out with the same strategy but unfortunately I didn't know what a real deal looked like. Before you purchase make sure you know what a real deal looks like. You make the money when you buy!

We have leads whose only option is to do a short sale. Typically we have been telling them to contact a short sale specialist (SSS) and moving on. Now, we're looking to build a business relationship with a SSS to purchase the short sale leads we find.

Hi Martine, 

I have recently started using PATLive with great results. I don't have to be at the phone all the time and I setup email notifications so I get all the lead information in one daily email. 

PATLive also has templates which make it really easy to build your script.
