@Louis Muse I've done about 40-50 wholesale deals last few years, and I use Jim Fitzgibbons in Silver Spring MD for MD and DC and Ted Hussar in Annandale VA for VA
Please also add me to your buyers list. I buy anywhere in DC 40-60% renovated value.
Thanks

@Louis Muse I'm a rehabber in DC. Feel free to add me to your buyer's list. You can PM me and I'll send my email or you can go to my site and add that email to your list- it goes to me.
DC is a good market right now, so if you can find discounted properties you shouldn't have any issue selling them.
Post: Renovating a House w/Broken Sprinkler System

Hey guys- I've renovated a lot of houses but rarely come across any with built in sprinkler systems in the ceiling. I have one now, and I know it'd be easier just to cap it and remove it vs repairing it, but that's probably not to code.
What have you guys done with repairing or removing a sprinkler system that has had a lot of damage? My understanding is it can cost a lot to repair.
Thanks

@Ed Emmons Not to hijack the thread of anything, but Ed, curious how you can figure out the size of the mobile home park lots when doing early due diligence? Or do you just have to find that information out from the park owner when you speak with them?
Good info... thanks

Good to know. Makes sense these lists are compiled from multiple sources, scrubbed by VAs, contact information for owners looked up, etc, and so lists are sort of proprietary to the individuals who spend the time and money to put them together :)

@Jeffrey H. Appreciate the info.
Are there any list brokers or list sites though that people here have had any luck with? I.e. listsource or similar?
