I'm confused... if there were a large number of foreclosed homes wouldn't this mean that the market will have more great deals for investors to buy? How would this delete landlords?

That's what I was assuming. Are there any virtual meetings you can refer me to? To be honest, as long as its about REI then I will be interested.

I'm new to REI.

I’ve got a pretty consistent start in my learning that has yet to lose my interest. In other words, I’m fired up about building wealth through real estate.

I do not want this fire to go away - and I think being able to see it with my own eyes and talk to people firsthand who have the experience is what I need at this point. I’ve read How to Invest in Real Estate, The Book on Rental Property Investing, The book on House Hacking, Rich Dad Poor Dad, as well as a ton of other information on BIggerPockets Forums and elsewhere. I want to take the next step and start networking.

This is going to sound funny and against CDC’s recommendation but are there any meet ups happening (anywhere) during the quarantine? I’m in Los Angeles, but frequently fly back to St. Louis, Missouri once every three weeks.

Is there any other advice someone can give me as far as what to do next? I just want to keep the ball rolling. I’m open to advice.
