Ocean Bank likes real estate and they are fairly flexible.
h is more conservative when it comes to Real Estate because they are a fairly new bank but if you bring them anything in Hialeah they will jump on it.
I have also heard a lot of buzz lately about Biscayne Bank, though I have never done business with them.
Good luck!

@Jose Gonzalez There are deals to be found in any market--even an up market. If you invest in solid cash flow and purchase your property at a discount, you will be safe no matter what. You may have to lay low during a down market and operate conservatively if you bought in an up market, but you will get through it (and also be buying more property in the meantime), but like @Account Closed said, if the numbers don't make sense, it is not a deal to be made, regardless of market conditions.

Attention all Fort Myers / Florida West Coast investors or realtors. I am currently helping a family friend sell a remodeled home in Fort Myers.
Address is 229 Kingston Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33905
It is a 3/1 main house, with a 1/1 in-laws quarters. I believe it would make a great rental. Property is also waterfront with a private boat slip that provides ocean access.
He is asking $200,000. Email me if you would like to receive the full listing.

You will have to reach out to the current owner for showings, as I am not locally based. I can provide that information when you contact me.
