if you closed the property and it is being recorded by the title company or closer, you should not have to do anything else. We have rentals in Duval and Clay County. I have never heard of having to register a rental property or a rental license. I have been a landlord since 2004. Do you have a property manager? I manage my own but I know an excellent PM and also another investor friendly realtor.

Also 1139 new apartments being built at Bicentennial ln, next to the former Navy Town Homes turned civilian by Saddlebrook Landings.Saddlebrook Landings is also building the New Apartments. We have a large parcel with 528 ft frontage across the street from there. @Polly Feeney,

I suggest finishing your profile, adding a picture and say more about yourself. I am a local investor, investing in my local area. I have not ventured out of state. What state are you considering?
