Time: 7-9pm

Location: Elm City Social (266 College Street New Haven, CT 06510) - Park @ Crown St. Garage

Hi Connecticut BP members, join us for our monthly New Haven Real Estate Investors Meetup! Everyone is welcome from CT and the greater New Haven area!

Breakdown

7pm - 730pm: Arrival, open networking

730pm - 745pm: Introduce yourself

745pm - 8pm: Deals & Steals - Are you looking for something in particular? Let it be known to the group. Have a deal you are looking to sell? Let it be known to the group.

8pm - 9pm: Open networking

Due to Elm City Social providing the event space free of charge, I'd like to ask each person who attends to please order at least (1) food or drink item during the meetup. Bring lots of business cards and share with colleagues. Closest parking garage is Crown Street Parking Garage; typically $8-10 flat rate.

Please post here if you can make it and feel free to bring a friend!

I've seen as low as $500 to bring a renter to 1 month's rent.

@Paula Kurtz yes definitely. Apologies! I'll make sure to tag you on the next post!!

@Brendan Miggins @Steve Meeker of course! Thanks for your interest! We will be meeting next month and I will tag you on the post. If I have your email, I'll also send a reminder via our email list too.

I wouldn't send my best deals to someone fishing around. If me and said person had worked together in the past, that's fine. But not an investor asking for leads from any and everyone.

I work for my clients and provide basic service to customers.

Hello from CT as well! Love how you quit your job to travel the country and find creative ways to make money.

Although this is an RE forum. I'd love to hear more about your other creative ways to make money and how you've been making it happen so far!
