For PMs, I use CRES Property Management.  They do a great job on the 3 properties i have with them.

@William Hamilton, thanks for the comments.  It's certainly not easy.  I'm in the SW Ohio area but I am moving back to the states in a few months!

@Melissa N., congrats!  Would u care to share the details on how u did it and what the numbers look like?

@Mark Douglas@Michael Fischbach are correct that u can use a general purpose loan up to 50% of the acct balance and choose up to 5 yr repayment at about 2% interest (that is payed back to ur tsp). If u do a primary residence loan u can do up to 15 yrs repayment.  I did the general loan about 18 months ago with no problem.

well how can we help without all the data...what r the expenses?

I use keyword alerts for "military"...works for me but yea a military forum might be good but might set a dangerous precedent and where do the admin draw a line on who does/doesn't get a forum?

@Stanci March there r missing pieces to the puzzle...the biggest one is the expenses?  What r they and how much?  That will steal a lot of what u should do

@Travis Callihan & @Larry Joshua, I am in England but will move to Mississippi spring '17.  I decided on my market because I am from that area & it is easier for me to develop my team with my knowledge of the area etc.

I need to tap into a local REI in the Biloxi area come Apr time when I am down there.
