Try Logan Waller with Waller Group. They broker apartments in Texas and other South East states. They also have their own management company.

We do projects in Austin and Dallas but only because we live in those areas. SA is a good market with reasonably priced product.

Looking for advice on partnering with investor money partner on fix and flips. What kind of profit split?

That does seem high but it is a very small job to figure by the foot. Also depends on how quickly you want it done.
