This Thursday, please join us at the Giant in Camp hill mall. CARPOA is a local REI organization that meets on the first thursday of the month to network, discuss local economic changes, laws, and how to become a better investor.

I am very excited to announce our meeting topic will be about Tax assesements and how to lower your taxes.  We will be joined by a panel of 3 experts in the field, David Lanza (Local real estate attorney), Don Steele (appraiser/investor), and @David Krulac from podcast 82.  We could not ask for a more professional, experienced panel in the area.  Networking will take place from 6-7.  The meeting will following.  Carpoa will also be supplying refreshments.  This is a great opportunity for seasoned and new investors to become more familiar with our local community.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone!

@Jay Craig I believe in good karma, don't sweat the little things.  You'll get something in return since you tried to take the higher road.

@Ashley Jackson Upgrade to Pro and use the PDF analysis flipping calculator.  You will look more professional.  Great tool for lenders and cash buyers.

@VAUGHN BLACK there is a meeting tonight at the York towns hotel in York at 6

@Mil Sanghvimake sure its in writing. The situation definitely sucks, I would take at half of deposit and tell her you signed a contract that's it. Now if things escalated and she got really pissed off, I would give her the full 500 and start over. This sucks. She essentially just wasted your time and money. Sometimes stuff happens and you have to live with it. At the end of the day its only a couple of hundred bucks

@Jamal White look in the file place.  Just make sure its applicable to your area before using.

@Rick Greene  I was a plus member and it does give you unlimited usage.  However, you should just go pro.  Biggerpockets is such an incredible resource.  For what the site offers, they deserve the couple hundred dollar donation.

Maybe @Jerry Padilla can give you some insight.  My understanding around financing if someone has bad credit, and someone has great credit; it does not make good credit.  I don't think he can go on the loan.  However, I am not an expert.

@Brandon Hall my apologizes, just doubled check on the 401k and I was wrong. It's only for a Roth.
