Real Estate Agent - Need Hard Money Lenders Pittsburgh PA

I guess I had to put the energy out there to materialize

I'm officially licensed!!

Thanks @Rolanda Eldridge ! Well I decided to call and find out. The guy said it's still in process and the reason is because of renewals. So they are kinda backed up.

Checked this site and the results are blank

http://www.licensepa.state.pa.us/Search.aspx

Thanks guys

My license was sent out according to Keller Williams around June 22nd. Why is it taking so long for my license to come back from the state? I'm patiently waiting and preparing myself the best way I can but the wait is killing me. Does it usually take this long? Is it because of renewals? BTW i'm the the Pittsburgh, PA region.

Congratulations! I don't have a lot of experience with brokerages. My primary business right, is music. And I can tell you from that experience that going with the most popular company may not necessarily be the answer. Are their professional and ethical standards in line with your own? How's their training? What kind of fee structure do they have in place? Make yourself a list of questions about your personal and professional goals. Will the brokerage make your path more clear? As an investor, how will working with that brokerage facilitate you acquiring more properties? Are they investor-friendly? What's their track record with investors? You may want to talk to some other investors in the area and ask which brokerages and agents they prefer.

Again, congratulations!

 Thanks David Cowen Awesome feedback

Thanks everyone!

I have to say thought listening to prepagent on youtube really really helped. I would also read the book your class gave you.
