This meetup is hosted by Chad Rocke, a passionate real estate agent who has helped 40 buyers since June 2021 purchase a property to start or continue their real estate journey. Chad started his real estate investing journey in 2015 by purchasing a duplex in Milwaukee, WI. He now owns four short-term rental properties in Denver with partners and a fifth STR arbitrage, as well as eight STR in Tempe, AZ. Chad and his team are currently focusing on STR arbitrage to increase cash flow and buy more properties.

I have 5 airbnbs in Denver Colorado, 1 of which is an arbitage

I also have 8 arbitage units in Phoenix.

I often get asked the pros and cons of arbitage.

Quickly scale

Low barrier to entry

Hey Thatcher, there are a couple ways to find cash flow in the Denver metro area. House hacking is one of them and can be in many different forms including rent by the room and short term rentals.

I have 5 str’s in the area and help investors find proprieties that cash flow.
