Looking for private or conventional financing for long term hold in Richmond, VA. Purchased a property for $50,000 in August 2017. Will have an ARV of $140,000. Wanting to borrow 80% ($112,000) at less than 6%. Currently owned in an LLC. Prefer to keep it like that but will change entity if necessary.
