when going turnkey, I suggest finding a provider that is also local to the area that you are purchasing in. Many companies are out of state, just like the buyers, and they merely act as marketing companies.

Which companies are you using to find and acquire REIs in KCMO? I'm looking to network with recommended and proven providers to help increase deal volume/flow.

As @Blair Poelman mentioned, you'd need some luck to make it work out.
Personally, the town's population number + reliance on a few companies are enough for me to run away quickly.
