@Heather Skowronsky I second your opinion. Rezoning is very hard in PWC(Manassas), most of the rezoning requests from builders got rejected during public hearings recently.

County website is a good starting point. Search for Zoning Permits or check the map of the Subdivision for a Quick results.

@Dang Tran I recommend be closer to fairfax or Loudoun country. Rt 28 or Rt 66 would work best for you.
