@Nicholas AiolaMy Salary income is low $100K and my wife’s is not working, so our combined Income is my salary Income + Rental Income (Technically its -ve after depreciation/Interest/Taxes/Expenses). On some forums I saw that we could use any of our Passive losses from Rental properties to offset my Tax bill. This fact can make our taxes to decrease for 2017. Is this correct, or I am missing something?
