I definitely had some lightbulbs going off while I was listening. And @Carl C. , you just inspired another lightbulb. I have never used a notepad when listening to podcast, but that is brilliant!

@Kyle Gregg and @Sebastian K. , what would be the downsides of getting your license? I can't personally think of any beside the possibility of money lost because you are not a full time agent, but then you are learning something to use so it really wouldn't count as a lost. Just my two cents guys

@Sebastian K.  You can invest on the side. It isn't easy though. Are you will to work as soon as you get off from your full time job? Are you will to use you weekends for your investment benefits?

@Account Closed  Gorilla Glue will handle the job bro. If you want to glue them, go for it. Just know they are already illegal in most places like everyone is saying, even though they aren't answering your question...

@Raymond Williamson  If you don't mind me asking, how much is this mysterious budget? That will probably help us better with giving you advice bro.

I agree with @James Enright about driving for dollars. It will only cost you gas, stamps, paper, and time. Everything can normally be found using your county tax website.

But along the lines of the which one I would go with right now using the money you have...

Do you have any SEO knowledge? That is pretty much where your traffic will get generated from. You can build a website pretty cheap now a days but without traffic, you will not benefit from it.

On the other hand, direct mail will get leads. I didn't say it will get you good leads, but your phone will definitely ring. That is probably the objective you should focus on now, getting your phone to ring.

I would go with the direct mail campaign if those were my only two choices @Raymond Williamson , even though I got more bang for my buck personally from bandit signs

Good luck on your journey my brother.
