Hi @Rhyna Orillaneda!

BiggerPockets has recommended tenant screening companies on the landlord resources tab. You can find the landlord resources tab by hovering over the "tools" bar and clicking "Landlord Resources". Some of these companies also offer free forms and other resources for landlords that I think you would find helpful as a first time landlord.

I'd suggest checking out the list provided by BP and researching which company would best fit your screening needs.

Best of luck to you!

Hi @Tyler Sample! Congratulations on your first home!

You have been given some great advice above! Brandon Turners, "Book on Managing Rental Properties" is filled with helpful information and I'd highly recommend.

Hi @Aaron Hunt! Congrats on your first investment property!

These are great questions. Bigger Pockets has made it easy for you by listing resourceful services for landlords. I would recommend viewing the landlord resources tab under Tools for the services and forms you mentioned.

I would check these out and make a decision on what would best fit your landlording needs! Best of luck to you!

Hey @Robert Neal!

In regards to screening tenants, Bigger Pockets actually has landlords resources under the Tools tab, which includes different tenant screening services. I'd recommend checking those out to see which services will best fit your tenant screening needs.

Best of luck to you!

@Drew Feldman Congrats on the purchase!

Finding a qualified tenant is very important- especially if they will be living in the same house as you. To make the applicant qualification process a bit easier I would recommend setting up a tenant screening criteria.

BP actually has listed tenant screening company's in the Landlord Resources Tab. Some of these companies offer a lot helpful resources for landlords as well.

Best of luck to you!
