I'm buying a property in Milton FL.  I was seeing if anyone had any recommendations for inspectors in the area?  Thanks for the help.

Just seeing what is the correct thing to do.  The plumber let me know while fixing a leaky faucet the house is filled with roaches.  The same day she let me know a 3 yr old oven has an error code.  I sent whirlpool tech to look at the circuit board and was informed the oven was infested with roaches and destroyed the circuit board and probably other components.  I sent a gel I've used in the past and informed her I need to take care of the infestation prior to buying a new oven so they don't destroy the brand new one.  Is it in my right to wait a few days to see if the gel works like I anticipate, or I need to buy a new one immediately?  She keeps saying she can't wait for the oven.

I'm having a hard time finding a contractor to replace my kitchen in my condo in downtown Miami.  I was seeing if anybody had anyone they can recommend to complete the work?  Thanks for the help.

I was looking into a property Norfolk ave Baltimore md.  I wanted to see if anyone is familiar with this area, and how the crime rate is ect.

I just got 2 helocs in the past year from td bank.  They also did a desktop appraisal that was dead on with what zillow zestimate told me.  It was 10 yr interest only loan, and after that have to pay back at fixed rate.  They rolled the closing costs into the loan, which was 1900 and nothing at of pocket.

How's it going.  I'm in the middle of buying a town house in Cleveland Ohio.  This is the 1st time I've done business here.  I was seeing if anyone had a home inspector in the area they could recommend.  Thanks. 

I was looking to see if anyone has had any luck investing in triplex/duplex in the ft Lauderdale area?  I live in Miami and was trying to find a new place to invest.  Looking at the numbers in that area looks like it makes sense.  

I spent a long time trying to find a bank to finance a heloc for my investment properties. TD bank just did it on two of mine in the last month. I was able to get a 50k heloc on each property 5.49% interest rate. They did 75% LTV and you are able to roll the closing costs into the loan. It is interest only for the first 10 years. The monthly payment for 40k is only $54 a month. Thought it was a great option to grow your portfolio.

I am currently looking to purchase a MHP.  I know in the beginning it is important to evict people in order to get it operating more smoothly.  Is anyone having problems with this due to certain states putting a hold on eviction due to covid?  I am worried it will make it hard to make money in the beginning with that situation.  Thanks for the input. 

I appreciate all of the feedback.  I thought it would be possible to apply for a foreign entity?  Are you allowed to start an llc in a state you don't live in?
