Thank you so much for the response! Yes, I would love to connect with local investors over there. I am new investor (no deals yet) and I'm very interested in learning about the REI market in Northwest Arkansas. This is also tied to my retirement goals as I'd like to invest in an area that I would eventually retire to. Also, do you know of any local mentorship programs? Thank you again!

Hello fellow Californian! I am also looking to invest in Fayetteville, AR. Did you find a Property Manager that you like and can recommend?
I know this is an old post, but I am wondering if this group has a virtual attendance option or if anyone knows of an REI group in Fayetteville that does. I am a new investor out of Los Angeles, and I'm looking to connect with fellow investors in your area. Thanks in advance for any advice you may be able to provide. THANKS!

Thank you for the reply! I am interested in small multi-family (1-4 units) in any area that may attract renters or SFH. I'd love to connect and will PM you.

Hello, I know this thread is a old, but I'm wondering if any of you savvy northwest Arkansas investors may be willing to share information with an out-of-state investor newbie. I am interested in the area but I am based in Los Angeles and don't have any current contacts out there. I'm specifically interested in finding a real estate agent/wholesaler, contractor, lender and property management team. Thanks in advance!

Hi Andrew,
I'm in Los Angeles and planning to do the same! This year will be our education year, but my husband and I would really like to make some moves by the end of 2020 (or sooner if opportunity presents itself). Looking forward to see replies from seasoned real estate investors on your question.
Good luck in 2020!
@John Morgano Thank you John!

@Joe Timko Good luck on the REO. May I ask how you found it? What is your method for finding deals. Those prices are very doable! I'm more ok with doing out of state deals, but my husband is like you and would prefer to be hands on. Thank you again for your input.
@Jeff Zimmerman Thank you Jeff! I will reach out.

@Jaysen Medhurst, Thank you very much for the reply. I had not heard of velocity banking. Intriguing! I will look into it. I don't have boots on the ground in any market (aside from LA--but I'm looking for cash flow), so I do need to start researching and connecting a potential team. That is great advice.
