Hi,

As a new investor who is just starting out, I don't have a huge amount of capital to get my first project off the ground. I've read about crowdfunding. Has anyone had any experience with this form of investing and what do you think about it?

Thank you,

Christina

Thanks @Shawn Washington looking forward to getting to know everyone in the community. What local meetings/organizations would you recommend to get involved with?

Hi Terrell. I'm from Collegeville,  PA. I am also new to this and I'm looking at learning/partnering with some people and grow my portfolio. Currently I am getting my RE sales license and trying to save some money to get started.  I don't have any investment properties yet but hope to have my first by the end of the year. Have you read the how to get started guide book you get when you signed up for this community? I haven't finished it yet.  Good luck!!

@Percy N which Philly suburb are you from?  Have you been investing long?
