I went to his event back in March and learned about his programs.  He has 2: one that is designed to teach you how to be a sophisticated investor and a second program that is 1-on-1 coaching (not sure if you actually work w/ Brad or a member of his team).  As far as the concept of coaching goes, the location of the program is irrelevant.  Generally speaking your typical guru coaching program teaches you concepts of how to analyze a market, how to talk to brokers, how to raise capital, etc... so you can practice the business despite where you and the guru live.  Hope that helps!

I heard Insightly was good.  I'm still in the dark ages... using a Google Sheet and grinding it out... ugh.  lol
