Thanks Brent. This is the one I was looking for. Sherlock has nothing on you.

Recently, there was a post from one member responding to another. That member indicated that did a significant amount of tear down/ rebuild business in Cincinnati. I am trying to locate that post and cannot find it. I've gone through all of the posts from my colleagues, hoping to locate the chain of messages, but have come up empty. Is there a way to search for this?

Hi Shone,

There is plenty of good information in the responses to your post for you to consider. If you do decide to look for cash flowing SFR of multi units in Cincinnati, let me know. We are wholesalers who do our own marketing for off market properties and highly motivated sellers. It's a lot of work and it's expensive, but persistent marketing brings us real winners. Our business model is to have enough of these to allow the lion's share of the profit to go to the end buyer.

Regards and Good Luck.

Hello Rafael,

I can recommend a good property manager for Cincinnati. Additionally, since we are wholesalers, perhaps we could discuss your acquisition parameters as well. Please send me a private message and we can discuss these items.

Regards,

Chuck

Hi Bruce,

I'll add my welcome to those already posted. I am a wholesaler with a team in Cincinnati. We're very active and are constantly marketing for off market, below market value properties, generally SFR, occasionally 2-4 units. Let's connect to discuss your specific parameters. Not everyone on my buyers list has the same approach or parameters. I like to show people only what they are interested in.

Regards,

Chuck Stagliano

You can purchase lists of any type of property from Listsource. Their website makes it easy to select your list. You have to establish a free account there first. I'd recommend calling their support number to get instructions on how to use the system and create you specific list. Title companies can help too.

Greetings Members.

I am looking for an investor friendly attorney in Cincinnati who is experienced in wholesaling and who can advise on the new regulations. I'm considering making a change.

Tanner,

Best of luck with this acquisition. You've gotten some good advice. We're active wholesalers in Cincinnati and are always tracking what the market is doing. Please let me know how it turns out.

Hi Sean, I saw your recent posting here on BP and am reaching out to you to establish contact. I have been a wholesaler in Cincinnati for a couple of years. Since I am not local, I have been working on a co wholesale basis with a couple of other active wholesalers, essentially bringing my buyers to their deals. I have a strong buyers list and we keep adding to it every day. If you are interested, let's discuss the idea of working together. Regards,

Chuck Stagliano
