we use Ideal Floors (they can be found with a google search) tell them you are an investor - they will most likely send you to Tony Corral - he works with investors for them.  They have good prices, and very good customer service before, during and after if needed.   Used them for many years - tell him Cindy sent you - (ask for their 'Diamond Pricing') -

This meeting happens WEEKLY, even when we don't put a posting here...
I wanted to mention we are moving to the Hurst Conference Center as of our first MAY meeting on May 6, 2017

Time is still the same 9-11:30. (as usual) ->We'll have a 15-20 minute intense networking opportunity, as usual, "dream team" introductions, a short motivational video to keep your mindset in the right place, along with our "topic de jour" - this week it will be "Investment Property Valuation Workshop".   (if you  register here ahead of time, you will save $5 off the full price at the door!)

OUR NEW VENUE:

The beautiful Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Dr, Hurst, TX 76054 is easily accessed from the Westbound service road when you exit Precinct Line Rd (you'll see the Hurst Police and Municipal building first, then when you pass it by keep looking right and it is just off the main road by less than 1/4 mile - you can see it standing about 3 stories tall.)

SAY "HI" when you see me at the registration table and tell me you saw it here...on BP!
Look forward to meeting you - Cindy C.

HURST CONFERENCE CENTER - (this view is before they built Parking garages all around it!)

PS - I just found about 12 very positive [5 STAR] reviews of our club (all unsolicited- really!) at the page for our club found on google maps here. If you wonder what other attendees are saying, please take a look for yourself!  We try to serve everyone who passes through our doors, and it seems others agree - that is something I can be proud of!

PSS - You may notice that we put the disclaimer that there may be 'pitching of products or services' at the event, but this is not a GURU PITCH-FEST meant to lure you into buying an expensive course.  However, we do offer several membership levels designed to offer what people have often asked us for - so out of requests from attendees we offer these - and there is no hard sell, just a brief mention that the are available, and you may take one of our flyers that explains the various offerings.

This is a little older thread - but, seeing how it references the DFW REI CLUB I wanted to mention we are moving to the Hurst Conference Center as of our first MAY meeting on May 6, 2017. Time is still the same 9-11:30. We'll have networking opportunity, as usual, dream team introductions, motivational video to keep your mindset in the right place, along with our topic de jour - this week it will be "Investment Property Valuation Workshop".

Hope to see you there - if it is a while from now that you see this thread, look up our website to check the location, time and meeting topic so you don't end up at the wrong place or time.  We have been meeting on Saturday mornings for many years, but we used to meet for lunch way back when, and occasionally circumstances dictate a change in venue, so take a look just in case! {at dfwreiclub.com}
(Say Hi to me, I am typically the person who will greet you at the door at our registration table! - Hint, sign up online to save $5 off the 'at the door' price of $25 - it's not free, but it is WELL worth it!)

what kind of list data are you looking for?

There are quite a few resources - i am currently in the middle of researching the types and availability - and the providers.  It can also depend on if you want the ability to pull lists any time for one price (monthly or annually), or if you want to "purchase" individual lists of data. I am mostly looking at the providers that charge a monthly fee (ie subscription basis), but you can pull lists in an assortment of ways from various TYPES of categories such as 'Bankruptcy/NOD and PreForeclosure/Absentee Owner/Tax Delinquent/Probate and more. The companies that are subscription based that I am learning about and am reviewing are REALEFLOW; REBOGATEWAY; LEADPRO; REAL ACQUISITION. Some platforms allow a trial period (lead pro and realeflow do for sure; rebo does NOT, but they will schedule a personal demo for you).

@Tristan S.  Cameron's answer seems like the best possibility...but, i also agree, if you can reach customer support, that'd be good.  I have a friend that likes their data, so i sent him a screenshot of what you put up there - still waiting on a reply.

@Jessica Weiler - i appreciate the vote!  Glad you are well connected in Montana.  Once in  a while i catch an HGTV episode that i think is focused on buying homes/homesteads out there - looks cool...although, ive never lived the country life...so, i'd probably starve or something!  I would however have lots of subjects to paint, i feel sure!
