Hello! Looking to connect with local contractors (Grand Rapids, MI , Muskegon, MI , & Lansing MI - how far do you travel between these areas?) to figure out their timeline and pricing and know more about them/their company & what they can do as a team. Rehabs range from a quick kitchen/bath/flooring remodel to a full gut. I know quite a few of them are booked up for months in advance but I just wanted to get some recommendations and your experience with different companies. If anyone has any insight we are all ears!

Thanks BP community :)

Sorry I don't have a contractor referral for you in the area, but I hope this helps!

Hey thank you! I appreciate you tagging that, hopefully now we can get more traffic :) Thanks!

@Lynnette E.

Awesome ill look into that thank you. Is stessa solely for tracking expenses or do you use it for other purposes?

@Lynnette E.THANK YOU!!! this is a work in progress still, keeping track of everything. do you have any recommendations as to what you use to keep track of expenses like that? Or any recommendations on how you keep track of WHATS COMING UP for example septic wash out, how do you keep track of when things like that are due?
