No worries. I was under the impression you needed a cash out for the Indiana property. The loan product mentioned works for that and we close the loan in our name.

We are a correspondent lender for the above mentioned loan product, so the Indiana property we could explore. Although we don't have a fix and flip product, we do have a go-to lender we broker to for those. Also keep in mind that the above mentioned product can be used in a fix and flip scenario but only on the purchase portion of the deal.
