I'd love to join your list for Norfolk specifically.

I just started the process this morning. The interest rate is not super great even with my high credit score and low LTV ratio. Definitely considering it though...between the 100k I just got for signing up and this 100k I could definitely take a decent vacation.

I'm not a MF owner, but as a tenant of many MFs over the years in Norfolk and SoCal ratio billing on water never bothered me. I was typically briefed on the first walk through on site that it was done by sq footage of the apartment + number of people living in the apt compared to the rest of the building.

I'm also interested to hear anyone's experience. I would expect most houses are funded by foundations or charities?

Pretty motivating!

@Patti Robertson mostly looking at 2-4 units right now in Norfolk (between Ghent and Ocean View), preferably with little work to be done. I've mostly been using the 50% rule for analyzing deals so far. Thanks for the help

Good morning! I'm a potential investor looking at MF in HR, but mostly Norfolk. In typical HR fashion, I am active duty Navy and getting out this summer. This fall I will most likely start my MBA at William and Mary, so I would like to find some passive income opportunities. I've listened to several BP podcasts and read through many of the blog posts. This is a great community of knowledge and I appreciate everyone's efforts to create such an atmosphere.
