Sam Shueh appreciation on MF is pretty low here from what I see on a daily basis. Rent rates have been trending up especially close to the jobs at the 2 ford plants, and the airport. Amazon is still working on their massive build out in Indiana just across the new bridge, but that area is already pricey.
