Thank you @Adrian Smude, I would appreciate that. I will also look to see that your REIA (I believe it should be Central Florida Realty Investors) may be able to assist me in my search. Let me know if you come up with anything in the meantime. :)

@Adrian Smude..I will not be living there, it would be an investment property.  A mobile home should be fine.  Whats are the prices out there like for something that size? I was looking around online and seeing prices from as low as 20's up to mid sixties. What would that area be like to live in?

Hi everyone! @Mussa Kiroga did you find an awesome REIA as yet? I have a family friend in the same area San Francisco to San Jose that would be interested in checking out with the intention of joining a great REIA. he has no investor experience but has construction project knowledge.

Welcome to BP @Benjamin Wiles! This is definety a wonderful community here. I myself am in South Florida and will eventual be getting involved in rehabbing. For now I am wholesaling property and enjoying that baby step. Let me know if there is any way I can help. All the very best! And great start with your REO!!

@Andres Yory, That link suggests its already listed with a realtor?? Can you clarify? A few other questions I would like answered is the number bed and bathrooms and th egeneral condition of the property.  It seems to be an apartment complex?

Congrats @Tarl Yarber! Really great job and nice work!  Thank you for posting. I cannot wait to see your next project!

@James Wise.  Thanks for your reply.  There is a great deal of merit to what you say, except I disagree that being a wholesaler is an inferior way to get into this business.  In my opinion I think that the wholesaler has a place in many deals that involve rehabbing and flipping (please correct me If I am wrong).  I see this forum as a place for us all because each one of us are going to be at some point, a part of a real estate deal particularly when it involves a fixer upper that is going to be taken to the market - from ugly house found by someone doing the 'boot' work through to the Rehabber and onto the Real Estate Agent that lists that now beautiful house ready for someone to live in it and love it once again.

Otherwise I truly appreciate your insight into the merits of being a Real Estate Agent vs a Wholealer.  Thanks for the response. And to @Jimmy Cantave ..Congrats on attempting to become a RE Agent.. 4 points is close..as James said..you can do it!
