If you have not heard of Todd Baldwin, I would reach out to him. He spoke on our podcast about a very similar challenge and how he was able to get funding to aid during this time.

It's tough and there is SO MUCH CONTENT we have access to know. If you're not ready to jump in on your own, have you looked at becoming a passive investor in real estate? This could help get you started while not needing to do any heavy lifting. It's how my partner got started in his RE journey.

Our team is looking to migrate from Excel to an actual Syndication software. I would love to know what everyone is currently using along with any positives or negatives with them. We're evaluating "full service" solutions along with CRM, Investor Portal, and Marketing independently as well.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcomed!

Find some local or even remote meetups for real estate to start attending. Usually they have some experienced folks there that can provide some advice.

Have you asked the seller or the broker for the information on the property? I would start there as they should be able to provide some initial data to let you know if it's a good property to research further.
